I started my gratitude jar in 2016.  2016 was a year of many challenges.  However, at the end of the year Ihad proof that good did come out of it.  Everyday in 2016 i put something in the jar.  it didn't matter how small or how large in the jar and it made the tough days a little more tolerable.  I continued the same pattern and it completely changed my perspective.  Would you believe me if I said that I haven't had a bad year since 2015?  Join me in the challenge today!
